8. Confidentiality

9. Warranties and Disclaimers

12. Termination

- For convenience with 30 days written notice
- Immediately for insolvency or bankruptcy
- For violation of confidentiality or intellectual property terms
12.2 Effects of Termination
- Client remains liable for all work completed and expenses incurred
- RAJSHREE will deliver completed work upon payment
- Confidentiality obligations survive termination
- Both parties will return confidential information
13. Support and Maintenance
Post-delivery support terms:
- Bug fixes during warranty period (typically 30-90 days)
- Ongoing maintenance available under separate agreements
- Support response times as specified in service agreements
- Additional support services available at standard rates
14. Force Majeure
RAJSHREE CORPORATION is not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:
- Natural disasters, pandemics, or government actions
- Internet or telecommunications failures
